Spinning is by far my favorite exercise. I love how it makes me feel and I love the hundreds of calories I burn. (880 yesterday, 791 today!) If you have never taken a spinning class you need to try one, okay you need to try 3 before you say you don't like it! It does take a few times for your behind to toughen up!
