Okay these smoothies are so yummy, but you will have to make them without any kids watching!
We had them for breakfast today and everyone downed them, no questions asked!
Super Smoothie (Makes about 6 cups)
2 (6 oz) cans of 100% pineapple juice
1 1 /2- 2 cups frozen blue berries or a berry mix with blueberries ( you have to use blueberries to hide the secret ingredient!)
1 1/2- 2 cups fresh baby spinach ( obviously the secret ingredient!)
1/2- 1 cup of milk ( I am not sure how much I added, but I needed to thin the smoothie down)
2 scoops of protein powder
some ice cubes
Blend it all up and drink your fruits and (Shh... veggies) for breakfast!
